1. Pro Reports are supplied immediately
A DomainCell Pro Report is digital content generated for the analysis inputs you submit. Before you proceed to payment, we ask you to expressly consent to generation and supply beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once supply begins.
2. Before supply begins
If immediate supply has not begun, any cancellation rights available to you under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
3. After generation begins
Once you have expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right, and supply has begun, you will not normally have a 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for that purchased report.
4. Faulty or non-conforming reports
This policy does not remove your statutory rights. If paid digital content is faulty, not as described, cannot be supplied, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you may have a right to an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law. Contact us and we will review the issue.
5. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or a payment was taken incorrectly, contact us with sufficient information to identify the transaction. Do not send full payment-card details by email.

Email support@domaincell.com with the report reference, purchase email where applicable, and a description of the issue. We will assess requests in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
