1. What DomainCell provides

DomainCell is a business-opportunity analysis and decision-support service. Outputs may include CELL Score, Data Confidence, Competitive Opportunity, Economic Value, Local Demand, Launch Viability, GapFinder™ geographic opportunities, specialist niche analysis, market observations, risks and suggested next steps.

2. Pro Reports

Unless stated otherwise, £19.99 purchases one Pro Market Opportunity Report for the business opportunity and inputs submitted. It is not a subscription. A purchased report is a snapshot of the analysis and evidence available when generated; markets and source data can change afterwards.

3. Immediate digital supply

Pro Reports are generated and supplied immediately after successful payment. Before checkout we ask you to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once supply begins. This does not affect statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

4. Payments and access

Payments are processed by Stripe. DomainCell does not store your complete payment-card details. After successful payment, a private link may be provided to reopen the purchased snapshot and download its PDF. Keep that link private because anyone who obtains it may be able to access the report.

5. Scores, GapFinder™ and third-party data

CELL Score and GapFinder™ are structured screening and comparison tools, not predictions or guarantees of business success. Data Confidence measures evidence quality and coverage, not the probability of commercial success. DomainCell relies partly on third-party sources whose availability, freshness, coverage and accuracy can vary. Observed businesses may be a sample rather than a complete census. Where required evidence is unavailable, DomainCell may withhold a score rather than create an unsupported result.

6. No professional advice or guarantee

DomainCell is market-research and decision-support information. It is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, planning or other regulated professional advice. We do not guarantee revenue, profitability, customer demand, finance, planning or regulatory approval, staffing, project values, margins, costs or future market conditions. You remain responsible for your decisions and should carry out appropriate independent due diligence before material commitments.

7. Your inputs

You are responsible for providing reasonable and accurate analysis inputs. Inaccurate or incomplete inputs can affect usefulness of the report.

8. Intellectual property and permitted use

The DomainCell website, software, scoring methodology, presentation, report structure, branding and related material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Purchasing a report does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or methodology. You may use a purchased report for personal or internal business evaluation and share it with relevant professional advisers or business partners. You must not resell reports, systematically reproduce DomainCell material, reverse engineer the service, or use DomainCell material to operate a competing report service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

9. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Parts of the service may be suspended or changed for maintenance, security, third-party outages, technical issues or improvements.

10. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, DomainCell is a screening and decision-support service and you should not make material commercial commitments without appropriate independent validation.

11. Refunds and cancellation

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory remedies that apply to faulty or non-conforming digital content.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The version applicable to a purchase will normally be the version in effect when that purchase is made. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have mandatory rights under the laws applicable where they live.
